Lebanese Army clashes with Israeli Defense Forces


This is just in.

According to various outlets, the Lebanese Army has engaged the IDF near the border town of Adeisseh.

According to reports, the Lebanese Army fired on Isreali troops attempting to cut down trees on the Lebanese side of the border.

The IDF returned fire, injuring at least two people, including a Lebanese soldier and hitting a house in the town.

General updates are on Naharnet’s ticker.

Artillery rounds were still falling five minutes ago (13.00) according to a local source.

Reports state that rockets have been fired from Lebanon into Northern Israel.

  4. No, I don't think you should be worried.

    I believe this will die down. However, it's just the latest event in a real ratcheting up of pressure.

    Personally, I don't think it'll get worse.
